Larry Steinberg runs Steinberg Financial Advisers (SFA), a financial advisory firm and insurance agency with offices in Scottsdale and Pasadena.

Specializing in providing investments and insurance for entrepreneurs, business owners, and the self-employed, SFA implements 401(k) plans, employee benefits, and helps protect their clients by providing business and personal insurance, with a specialization in difficult to place business insurance for start up and unique companies. Investments are managed using the strategies of institutional investors such as a college endowment, private foundation, or pension plan. These strategies utilize active and passive investments, tactical and strategic asset allocation, tax efficient and alternative investments.

Larry enjoys public speaking and has spoken to groups including the IBEW Retiree Club, the foreign press, numerous Rotary clubs, and is a regular speaker at investment conferences for professional investors. Larry has been known to waive his speaking fee for a good cause.

Larry received his AB with honors and distinction from Occidental College in 1992, where he played football and rugby. While in school, he worked for Wells Fargo before going to work for Transamerica upon graduation. He then spent two years at Independent Capital Management before starting SFA in 1995. Larry continued his athletics after college, playing competitive rugby for the Oxy Olde Boys RFC until 2004.
