Will Electric Power Cause the Next Price Shock?

A) DOE says wind can generate 20%+ of our power within 15 years - without subsidies. I would not consider that a drop in the bucket.
B) A temporary price shock that causes people to conserve is a blessing. It's all about sustainability and responsibility both of which Americans have been stubbornly ignorant of for much too long.
