Don't forget Headwaters (HW). Not a pure play in CTL, but has been positioning itself in the space for several years, with initial forays into developing catalysts that lower the cost of CTL. Has worked in China with Shenua for a pilot plant, and also has a JV with Rentech to develop CTL in US. Nothing much by way of revenues yet, but should not be overlooked.
