I think it is Pichel's opinion of LDK's polysilicon plans that most folks disagree with at this point. The past behavior of LDK has been analyzed to death so let's look forward.

Basically what Pichel is saying is: any company that attempts to build a polysilicon plant in 2 years or less should be rated sell.
