I live north of Los Angeles. The realtors up here are in cahoots. They will tell you that they have multiple offers. They do not. Foreclosures are everywhere. Most do not have signs in the yard, even though they have been vacant for almost a year. Such crooks here.

What's Really Going on With Foreclosures?

I do not think that the government has the money to extend the $8,000 tax credit. Shadow inventory is real and the banks are not being truthful. The longer they hold it they can keep it out of the loss column.
