President Obama's Housing Plan: Bold Enough?

You could call this plan, and the other bailouts BOLD when $trillions are in play,but it doesn't necessarily mean they are good, or will achieve the desired results. Spending lots of money will no doubt help some, but I get the feeling that in the end we will have traded one set of problems for another with the enormous debt load.
