However the energy received from those turbines is very minuscule. What I do see is the tremendous amount of economic activities due to Eagle Shale down here in South, Central, and Coastal Texas in addition to the Drilling in the Gulf of Mexico. Hold on. Let me state from a person like myself who is getting unemployment benefits in the state of Texas. When I was laid off in March as a dairy sales rep, for the first time in my life I started receiving unemployment benefits. However in order to get the $425 a week benefits, I do have to seek 5 job openings. That can be done on-line in less than a hour. Nobody from Texas Workforce checks on me to see if I have applied for these jobs. The only thing I need to do is write the job applications on a piece of paper and report my total every other Sunday. I have not heard that if a job is offered to me I have to take it. But what happens is that some unethical person can get benefits and on the side get a cash job . Another problem is what if your spouse has a good paying job like mine, unemployment benefits cannot be denied me. Do not get me wrong I would not have taken these benefits if my wife had not asked me too.

You forgot to mention that after Romney bill passed and he left office, the Dem's added prescription drug coverage or some kind of added mandate and this made it much more expensive and there were people in the state that did not need prescription drugs but there premiums increased to cover the insurance exchange.
