Cytori Therapeutics: The Stem Cell 'Celution' for Success

What this author/shareholder glaringly fails to mention is that Cytori just lost their license to the global rights to the human adipose stem cells when UCLA lost their patent dispute with the University of Pittsburg. So, while they may have a machine to process the adipose, they have no rights to do so. The company deceptively plays down the significance of this ominous event in their press release. In my opinion, Cytori is a massive short sale candidate as the stock is poised to take a free fall!
