Rail Traffic: Another Positive Indicator

I think to assume that automakers restocking is over by now seems a bit optimistic. Given that the automakers must have known that the Cash for Clunkers stimulus would result in a trough in demand once the program had ended, it seems more likely to me that many auto plants and dealers probably haven't finished their restocking and we probably are still seeing a moderate boost in metals and autos.
