Food Stocks: Time to Stock Up

I have to agree with you on food stocks. Given changes in consumption habits I expect people to start stocking up more on canned and non-perishable goods once they've paid down a bit more debt. I don't publish my individual picks but I will say that private label contractors-the companies that manufacture store brand items for multiple grocery chains-have done relatively well over the course of the last two years as consumers have actively sought to cut costs.
