X- do you mean that the economists will make more money, so they support it? Doubtful. I think they just understand basic economic principles, and believe that the Republican outlook (efficiency over equity) is better than the Democratic (more towards equity, hence, socialism). This letter is fantastic!! Can't you send it to the campaign committees of both candidates? There are ways you can play this to the Republican side (a STRONG, but maybe smaller, military) and the Democratic side (a SMALLER, but still strong, military). I don't know how Obama will do with the "keeping wits about you" part... low taxes don't seem like part of the deal.
