  • An Open Letter To Finavera Energy Shareholders, Management And The Board [View instapost]
I won't get into the number of shares that I own but some of you may know me from the yahoo boards and I have taken this company very seriously. The first concern that I have is why is this not a cash up front deal? I do believe this company does have funds.
Will FVR also dividend these proceeds to the share holders that held the stock on a certain date?

FVR retained 10% ownership on the Cloosh Valley project. I am not sure if FVR is piggy backing free on this deal or do they have to put up 10% of the financing for the project?

FVR stated "The agreement provides the best value for shareholders after the review of a number of different deal structures, assessment of execution risk and the potential for future value"

FVR........Please explain to your shareholders "Best Value" and "The potential for future value"

What we need is clarity and a good deal to be paid in full. Just can't figure out how a company with over 40 million in net assets is worth less than 10 million on paper. Talk about creative accounting.

  • Cell Therapeutics: Sell Now, Ask Questions Later [View article]
Dan, you didn't exactly stretch your view of CTI's growth and value as well. If you are the real Dan Eramian from CTI why didn't you mention the actions going on with Novartis in respect to the option or if there still is one? I guess it didn't cross your mind to mention the NDA with the FDA and some positive actions going on there? How about that certain person who will be in the steering committee representing CTI in the Novartis-Opaxio deal? Is this the same person which holds almost 10% ownership in CTI????? How is it that CTI already has a person in place for an action that is still 1-2 years away? Is there more to this story?
So if you are the real Dan, please explain, there are a lot of investors financially hurt because of so many unknowns in the market. I know where CTI is headed and it's great knowing that CTI is looking at tomorrow and the future but try and uncomplicate a few issues please.

Dan, I forgot to mention or maybe you forgot to mention, well, let's just blame me for this. Is it safe to say that CTI will sell rights to Pix to certain countries if there is no deal with Novartis?

Hi Dan, now if you are the real Dan from CTI, I read your statement an it seems that you as well have a very narrow view of CTI's growth and value. Can you explain the following?
1-Why have you not mentioned the Novartis option?
2-How about the NDA with the FDA, to my understanding there seems to be some positive comments made by the FDA, so would you like to enlighten the investors a little?
3-Can you explain why a certain person being a holder of 10% stock in CTI is on a steering committee representing CTI in the Novartis-Opaxio deal which is still so long away but is being talked about now? Is there something going on in the present that you can explain to investors?
4-Is it safe to say that CTI will sell rights to pix to certain countries if there is no Novartis deal.

If you are the real Dan from CTI, please respond to these questions, there are a lot of investors that are financially hurt because of too many negative issues that the market picks up on when in fact there is so much upside to CTI that in no way should any negative issue be doing this the the pps!

Thanks Dan for posting something of material. It's nice to see CTI executives come on board sometimes.
