Socialist - are you telling me that POT is a commodity but MOS is not? Please explain why MOS was up bout 6% today n POT is down? Doesnt make sense...especially because looking at future earnings, POT should be the favored one with 60% of excess potash capacity..

Although I agree with the analysis (and I have been long POT for a while) - why did POT drop almost $50 in 5 sessions? And today when there was a sharp oversold rebounce in the indices...POT did hardly anything...infact its down after-hours...just makes me a little scared if there is something that we dont know about

Forgive me Carl...maybe I am being naive or I dont understand basic math. But if 351.2 million is the gross margin "increase" for Potash then doesnt it mean that costs are already taken out before calculating this number? Then where do the numbers 215.5 million and 199.5 million come from? Am I missing something here?
