    Why not put a $500K on plaintiff's attorney's fees when companies receiving bailout money are sued.

    We're hearing a lot about CEO's making too much money, but nobody is discussing the cash hemorrhage caused by ridiculous torts, especially those gigantic massed litigant torts where hundreds of people sign on to make the same claim and those individual claims are never even reviewed before a settlement is made.
