  • Don't Give Up On Joe's Jeans [View article]
I have always wanted to buy in but the item pricing is nothing short of scary. Buying three pairs of women's (skinnies that don't even go to the ankle) pants at Joe's website can cost more than 60 pairs from Kmart or 48 pairs at Target. They actually have $700 pants! Granted - they are leather. BUT 700 Dollars? There should be insurance policies offered for $700 pants. After taking the time to do some deeper research of how customers feel after wearing the clothes and considering a sp of $1.67 and Mr. Big's payout, I'm not only going to invest but will be ordering a few pairs of pants to try out too.

  • 5 Reasons To Buy 3D Systems After Sell Off [View article]
Getting more attention, here's a link to another piece. http://on.ft.com/14BKpKM There are about 125,000 schools in the US (So says Wiki)...DDD should be getting ready for multiple orders of the $1400 printers from every school in the country. If they offer pricing breaks to schools regarding quantity orders and start financing and 'schedule ship' the filament plastic, each quarter from here on out could be boggling growth. Once they get a few million kids involved with 3D printing the real twists and turns will start to evolve. I know 11 year olds who can easily chat about how to access a computer's logic and manipulate specific values so once they (kids) turn their attention to DDD products the potential will likely "cube" itself. Share Price looks like +15% over the last 10 trading days so last weeks article
"3D Systems Is Worth $47" could come true long before Christmas. http://seekingalpha.co...

  • 3D Systems Is Worth $47 [View article]
Very satisfying article telling us DDD is undervalued and should be back to it's Jan 2013 sp levels for a host of reasons. Those who believe 3D printing is going to spell the end of "Made in China" are probably right on. The US has been consuming Asian goods since the 1970's but the tide may turn quickly when we can make our own stuff at home very quickly and out of the very things we are throwing away twice a week. When Plastics, Metals, and junk mail can be safely reused at home to print things like roof tiles, footwear and throw rugs the way we live will definitively change. Imagining things like having buckets of nutrients and flavor powders delivered by UPS from Amazon allowing people to print real food is not so farfetched - Here is a video of a cake: http://bit.ly/YFVEkk

  • CVD Equipment - Certain Risks And Potentially Significant Returns [View article]
Nice work Mr. Simpson. I've been following CVV since mid November 2012. At $11.30 it's about +40% since my first look. Earlier in the day I just happened to trip across this piece about drinking water:
    http://yhoo.it/12Rt552

Graphene is said to be 100X stronger than steel which could conceivably bring civilization to an entirely new and advanced level on many fronts. One of those being transport. If Graphene is used to enhance concrete to easily withstand hyper pressures then many of the theoretical restrictions standing in the way of ET3 technology (Tube vehicles) might be overcome sooner than later. I can Imagine big 3D printers making custom Graphene sections of tubes, boring machine cutters and vehicles that can get things (And people) from coast to coast in less than an hour...With stops along the way. Is it possible to offer some of your opinions of related companies that stand to profit on Graphene?

  • 3D Systems' CEO Discusses Q4 2012 Results - Earnings Call Transcript [View article]
All I can see for sure is that from 2/15/13 to 2/25/13 it's down just over 12%. I crunched numbers, calculated earnings and decided to buy in before the split. Now I'm back in the waiting zone. Come on 3D lets sell some printers!

  • Medical Marijuana: The Show's Over, Folks [View article]
If I had gotten in at .03 (about 30 shares per dollar after all the special penny stock fees my broker charges) when it first appeared on my radar I would be happy to sell some now at .28. They have many products and everyone knows that there are only a few markets open to them to sell right now. Imagine the condition if they were allowed to sell in 20, 30, 40 or even all 50 states plus Puerto Rico. Just being able to restore appetite to those battling cancer is enough to sell me on their products.

  • Is 3D Printing A Huge Bubble? [View article]
I agree with Sabalos. Fund Managers that buy in at the recently reported levels can't be making these decisions by themselves. Analysis, visits, communications and game plans have got to be thoroughly reviewed and agreed upon before taking these large percentage positions. But the question on the table for me is indeed what the heck are consumers going to print with these machines that will keep them wanting to keep printing? Food, Rental houses, what will it be? I'm long on DDD and after this last week kind of feel like a horse with blinders on.

  • Apple: Tim Cook Isn't The Problem [View article]
I agree whole heartedly! A split that is announced and broadcast on billboards and social media would allow hoards of potential investors to gather resources and get in. A 6 for 1 or even 10 for 1 would make current holders very happy and at $50 ps be affordable to the masses with great growth possible.

  • Apple Shares Set To Rise [View article]
A watch, TV, electronic payments - why aren't there 5 to 10 more things in the pipeline? Investors should be getting news about innovative life and social improving developments. Where are the appliances, security items (cameras), home medical devices....Are the creative people all working on the same things at the same time?

  • Why Steve Jobs' Big Blunder Is Starting To Cost Apple [View article]
Apple could make another mint and change the world by creating a clip-on camera that uses the i-phone to stream video into the cloud. Criminals would have less argument of their deeds at all levels of society. There's a radio interview on right now of a guy who has stolen dozens of phones - he could have been stopped much sooner had his actions been broadcast early on. School bullies are a top reason students drop out - they can be stopped with a clip on camera the very first time they victimize people. Accidents, mistreatment, thefts, many violations can be documented and bring safety back to civil society. I'll pay $100 bucks for a great discrete camera and use it every time I go out of my home.

  • Could Apple Be Working On The 'iBank'? [View article]
No they couldn't use their credit cards - there was no electricity for weeks - merchants were only taking cash and doing their business either by hand or on battery powered calculators....but cell phones did have internet service in certain spots. I-Tunes was running just fine - Emergencies like these can happen anywhere anytime. People were frantically scrambling to get cash for the first week of November. I think this would be great for Apple - they would be helping people get cash when they desperately need it.

  • Could Apple Be Working On The 'iBank'? [View article]
This would have worked very good for tons of people during Hurricane Sandy who were stuck at shelters and either had no access to ATM's or who had to hang onto the small amount of cash that they had for taxi's, kid's milk, diapers etc... Lending cash to strangers is almost a guaranteed losing proposition but to be able to have that cash immediately reimbursed via i-tunes would have made life much easier for a massive number of borrowers and comforting for peer lenders. I think this is a social improving idea! Full steam ahead!
