    But the DOJ passed this Merger with no conditions. It should be illegal and just about criminal that the FCC's Bought Comms.. are trying to kill these companies by delaying & adding all these conditions. But i guess only the Gov can get away with criminal acts and every1 turns their head.

    Exactly Captwarbucks, Im not paying $12.95/mo to have sh*tty channels on my Sat Radio. Why isnt it like that in other media formats like Terrestrial Radio, Sat TV, Cable TV? If Sirius has to do this why shoulnt everyone else??

    That's why they need to get rid of the FCC. Can we all start a new company and call it "PISSED OFF SIRIUS XM SUBSCRIBERS THAT WANNA SEE THIS MERGER HAPPEN AND SEE THE FCC DISSAPPEAR BEFORE MORE OF OUR INVESTMENT GOES TO CRAP"..
