Dear Jack,
A very informative article. Excuse my ignorance, but I was unaware of Rule/Statement 157, until I read your article. I am assuming it is part of the now much maligned "Sarbanes-Oxley" Act. Maligned by those who don't like to follow rules, and even less to get caught with their hands in the cookie jar. Thank you for shedding some light on this issue. Ayesha Nariman
