CACC: An Ideal Play on the Consumer, Auto, and Credit Markets

While the stock seems to be following the sub prime market in general the company itself does not seem to be faltering. The recently opened a new call center in Southfield, they are constantly hiring (or at least posting), and I saw recently that they spent a deal on money to revamp their headquarters in Southfield.

With all the investment and growth either one of two things is happening: 1) the management has no idea what is going on and is spending them into the ground or 2) their model is working and they are succeeding.

The write-up here is a nice gloom and doom story but I question the overall big picture. I think the real test will come next year when they are attempting to acquire the additional funding lines.
