I think CC need the Appliances back to the store, which was cut off about 8years ago also lost huge customer & stock market.get rid of high school kids which is no help when you need it, Focus on customer Service,Customer Service & Customer Service.Customer will come back Rick Sharp just don't know when he handed the compay to Allan.He just failed to run this company for a big time.
