Hey Kim, I think your right on. I also think the other bloggers failed to understand your article. The Chineese are not trying to collapse the USD. They believe the americans (our politicians) have done that already. Your hypothasis is correct but you failed to integrate the political climate of war and its affects. The middle east is about to explode into war, though I hope not this year. This is not rocket science, you dont have to be telepathic to see this scenario. Also, Stockguy, all people all over the world are just as hard working as we are. It isnt patriotic to belittle your enemys and wave a flag. We are only people, no better than anyone else. We depend on sociolism, now even our corporations are depending on it. That doesnt mean we are commys. It takes growing up to understand the wisdom of not underestimating your enemys. Enjoy the Strong U.S. Dollar While You Can

Do any of you know anything about the "dirivitive" market? I've read that we have a $516.00 trillion bubble about to burst, which will put us in a depression. According to Warren Buffet, the dirivitives are the financial weapons of mass destruction.
Of course I agree with the author of this aritcle about our dollar becoming worthless very soon, but as long as this country is in dept, do you think our loaner nations will let us pay them 5 cents to the dollar? If not our interest rates and taxes will go sky high. I may be wrong about that but I am a rook and Im learning as I go.

Dollar Goes Down Along with Bailout Plan

I dont know much about the specifics of the bailout. I'd like an idemised list of where the money is going.$700 billion is to much money to use without a complete accounting of it. I also want the media to let america know this info, and tell the people excactly what regulations are going in and what "deregulations" were put in that caused this mess. If we get a bailout it will destroy our dollar and if not our dollar is toast anyway. I'm just a rookie with an opinion.
