Notes on Bed Bath & Beyond Earnings

I was just in BBB and had THE worst service. There were two lines open
and the one I was in the cashier was wrapping a package as a gift. The
line got very long and many customers were expressing their unhappiness. Meanwhile a very capable employee would not take over
wrapping the gift so the cashier could get to the rest of the customers.
Plus the cashier was actually enjoying the miffed customers since he was wrapping so very slow and acting like he could care less. I had one
thing to buy with a coupon. I was so disgusted that I left the item I wanted, which was the last of that item on the shelf, AND my coupon
was going to expire if I shopped the next day. So so long BBB, I will find
another place to shop where maybe the people getting paid to give
service to customers, actually will.
