I have disclosed many times buying at this price is a steal. It is also a swing trading haven due to price volatility.

The company's fundamentals are strong for the long run which gives a hint of light at the end of the tunnel. I've ridden this roller coster averaging down to $1.90 range. Swing trading and scalping is another way to protect your gains. Options is another animal which I am trying to tame. Short interest w/ exaggerated macro/micro news is definitely affecting the market price. IMHO.

Don't look for Nokia (NOK -2.3%) to release a Lumia phone with a physical keyboard, says smartphone EVP Jo Harlow. “It’s really a question, “is there a large enough audience out there?,” she rhetorically asks, while calling those who still want QWERTYs a "dying breed." Im glad Nokia did not announced any high end phones today. It would've destroyed the 920's image. Elop and team sees the bigger picture on how to secure Nokia's future by capturing the feature market and help them transition to the low cost Lumia lines. Higher end phone should be save later in the year to create more buzz and not steal the spotlight off the Lumia 920, which is still considered the most innovative phone in the market.

I do agree that it is a bit pricey at the moment, but $10-$14 is a bit low don't you think. I see it going back to low 30's after a correction. Looking to make a decent position again for my dividend portfolio. This company is leading the sleep field, 90 million people left undiagnosed, cyclical product. etc. etc. Great solid company to hold. Thanks for the article, still a good read.

System? Are you referring to build-a-bear approach, I don't know anyone else ready for that type of consumer satisfaction, especially the younger generation. The fast food generation, with instant gratification mentality, or just plain lazy kids. Not to many people in the U.S. are introverted thinkers, most fall into the herd mentality.

Maybe one of the main reason U.S. Consumers are taking so long to catch the Nokia fever again due to they're affinity with Apple and Samsung. I'm the only one in my circle who owns a 920. :(

Henry Ford had the patent on the first plastic automobile which was 30% lighter than metal built.

I'm not really sure Nokia device knows different avenues to increase business productivity, but I believe NSN will be a big player in that category. NOKIA hardware seems to be targeting individual customer preference globally at the moment through telecos partnerships. Although with MSFT OS ecosystem, a lot can happen in the future. WP8 experienced 100% growth from 2011-12 a small gain of 1.8 to 3%. Compared to others (% wise) its a big jump. :)

Yahoo (YHOO +1.5%) has 200M monthly mobile users, Marissa Mayer boasts at her Goldman presentation. Of course, a lot of those users are tied to pre-installed iOS apps, which don't feature ads. Mayer suggests Yahoo wants to offer 12-15 mobile apps, but adds it won't invest in maps "because I know from my past life how expensive that is." She sees "opportunities around original programming" (so do many others), thinks the success of Yahoo Sports "needs to be replicated," and insists the Microsoft (MSFT) partnership is healthy, though room for improvement exists. Siemens is equivalent to General Eletric, they have their hands on everything. Cutting ties with NSN is most likely an executive move by Siemens to get some burden off their shoulders due to eurozone activity. 3G to 4G LTE infrastructure is a big part of Nokia's future. If a spin-off is in the making, I will be adding more shares in my heavy bag and letting it ride for some years. Actually, I'll be exercising 3000 more shares before years end. Cutting the dividend this year was a blessing for me, coming from a young investors point of view.

Although he advices to have 50k capital that you are not afraid to lose, if not you will think like a loser. He also leverages 4 to 1 margin accounts as well. A bit overwhelming for the moment, but my jaw dropped watching him in action.
