Marcellus Development Restricted by Water Resources?

I am apart owner of 2400 acres near (within 1/2 mile) two wells in northeren Lycoming Co. that have both hit. Word is from a resource (one in the know) that they both are capable of in excess of 3 mcf to perhaps 4 mcf per day!
