So, I would request that it be easy to get to articles that are the most highly rated or written by the authors with the most followers, or even to give special status to a number of writers.

I realize that it is good to have an avenue for opinion that comes from outside the establishment, because sometimes that's where the truth is going to come from. However, I don't think most people know all that much even about the things that interest them most. ]]>

The primary difference, if I'm not mistaken, is that it is not limited to US instruments but also uses inflation-linked securities from other governments, and maybe some other things. It is yielding slightly less. I think it might be good in the event of a falling dollar relative to other currencies, in addition to overall inflation protection. And I am wondering about the tax questions. TIPS are federal tax free, so my preference would be to have them outside of my retirement account. I am guessing that IMF is not tax-exempt.
