New Energy Bill: Big Winners Are Biofuel Co's and Major Oil Co's

It's interesting that algae is never mentioned as a potential biofuel feedstock. It appears to be under the radar. There are some interesting companies working on it, but they mostly in the private sector. What's your opinion on the subject, Todd?
