    The people who get microfinance in India have only their REPUTAION IN NEIGHBOURHOOD and Bare hands(labour) as security. So they guard it with all their might. It is this which banks are exploiting and making profit.If they fail due to poor monsoon or political pressure to default, then the problem comes.

    What about Climate change BUBBLE which USA/China re creating with active support from Gore and Obama and US bankers?
    The latest joint economic/strategic talks is creating this bubble along with control of water and seeds.

    What about OIl/gas which it imports and stands at 120 dollars.How will it service this demand?As the election has approached it has printed rupees driving up the prices locally.Except mobile rates everything is skyhigh.
    You see a fall in crude prices when DOW burst but rebounded strongly with 700 billion payoutplan.I think India will benefit only when the texan oil lobby doesnot succeed in USA

    If India/Pakistan/Iran pipeline goes through in spite of pressure from USA, then India has hope to moderate inflation.Iran is ready to price it with DELIVERY AT Pakistan /india border.The monsoon gods have been favourable though late and it is going to show up in cauvery delta region.also malaysia has lowered Palm oil prices due to accumulating stock and this will help India
