Maxim Leaves Street with a Lot of Guesswork

Shareholders are entitled to more than a series of unkept promises about when the restatement process will be completed. I'm at a loss to explain or understand why it has taken Maxim so long to complete the stock-options investigation, apply the necessary financial adjustments and issue the re-stated financials. It seems that this entire process has taken longer than it has for other companies that have had the same back-dating problems.

It makes me wonder about the magnitude of the adjustments, the impact on the financials, and the capabilities of the financial 'experts' at Maxim who can't seem to complete this task. It also raises questions about the management team who has made multiple commitments to finish the process, only to defer completion time and time again.

It's well past time to get this process completed so that the Company can move forward, get re-listed, and remove the cloud of financial uncertainty.
