  • Sprint Currently A Trade, Not An Investment [View article]
I have now "traded" in S when they have dipped to lows, and sold covered calls to move out of the position. This time, I wish I were not so eager to sell those covered calls! Did not expect the price to double in a 3 month period of time! I did expect a double in 6-9 months. Oh well, I still had a decent ROI!

  • How Sirius XM Will Get To Nearly $5 Per Share [View article]

I fully agree with your analogy! I believe SIRI has the potential to reach $5/sh in two yrs (or less!). However my concern deals with Liberty trying to take control. As a SIRI shareholder, that really concerns me. I do not want to own shares of Liberty if they take control. I may not fully understand this process, but I do not see Liberty growing at the same or higher rate as SIRI (even if Liberty does take control). I guess my questions is: Will SIRI stock remain after Liberty takes control or will Liberty completely buyout SIRI and convert SIRI shares to Liberty shares?

I have mentioned a few times I do have an exit strategy in the $2.75-3/sh range. I would be willing to hang on a bit longer and sell covered calls till SIRI reaches the $4-5/sh range.

Talk to me Stephen! Tell me what your thinking!!! Thanks!

  • FCC Decision? Sirius XM Investors Eye Liberty Media Actions [View article]
I still remember the govt sitting on the fence during the xm/siri merger--damn near running both out of business. Thankfully Siri survived and made many of us a lot of $$ along the way!!! In this case, I would like to see the two sides come to some sort of agreement rather than having the govt make it for them. Great article!

Nice job covering this stock! I'm looking to unwind some of my holdings once it reaches the 2.75-3.00 range! Great work Stephen!

  • Sprint Could Tumble On Strategy Concerns [View article]
I'm not sure if this stock will reach the $6 range within a years time. This stock has not been profitable for quite some time. However, they do provide a great service to its customers! I will buy all day long when the stock drops to 2.50 and sell covered calls at $3.50 to $4.00 range. I'll take a 40-60% potential ROI anyday! Can you say that about ATT, Verizon, or basically any other stock???

  • Sirius XM Death Cross Likely To Be Averted By 13.6% Rise [View article]
I have been invested in this company since 2004. This company has got the crap beat out of it during this time--particularly by our govt! I have had great success purchasing on many dips, particularly before Liberty saved this company! Now I have an exit strategy in place. It will be quite some time before SIRI increases value beyond current stock levels, and there are other investments out their that will hopefully provide better future returns! Good luck to all the current SIRI investors, its been a great run!

  • 3 Stocks Under $5 To Consider [View article]
Honestly Cameron, SIRI does not have to produce at all!!! Market will dictate the demand for this stock! If the company continues to improve in all areas, demand for this stock will rise--as well as stock prices! Time will tell. As far as Mel is concerned, my assumption is that he has too many eggs in one basket and should diversify himself! He will not be with SIRI forever! Warren Buffett and Bill Gates are selling shares, why can't Mel?

  • Another Reason To Sell Sirius XM, Buy Pandora, Intel [View article]
I try to read what I can/when I can about SIRI because I want to protect my long position. Seems like almost every time I see a negative title from Seeking Alpha concerning SIRI, it comes from this writer! I'm starting to wonder if he is trying to protect a SHORT position he may have!!! Honestly, from the research I have read and the growth/demand for SIRI, I can easily see this being a $3.50/sh stock--which will earn long share holders an estimated 55.5555...% return based on 4/11/12 close price!

  • Why Peabody Energy Is Highly Undervalued [View article]
I have to assume you are expecting BTU to fall even more by May? Honestly, I'm more concerned with Obama policies and his lack of support for coal having a long term effect on this stock. I think this stock has a ton of potential but very little political support for this industry.

  • Sirius XM Jumps To $2.40 [View article]
I'm guessing the market knows this and is buying in before Liberty makes their offer--basically forcing Liberty to potentially (and hopefully for us longs!!!) offer a higher price!
