  • Six Smart Phone Value Candidates [View article]
AAPL sure did get a big head start in the tablet market. RIM has a lot of catching up to do and I am hopeful they are able to get into this market soon with good, quality, and competitive tablet products! AAPL has sold millions of IPADs and has many corporations looking to integrate their technology towards the use of IPADs. Companies who wish to compete in this market better hurry up and get moving, or AAPL will continue to dominate!

  • For Sirius, Debt Repayment Is the Way to Go [View article]
No dividend! Company can/should use $$ to pay down debt, repurchase shares, or look into expansion if its possible.

  • Sirius XM and the Law of Large Numbers [View article]
Brandon, I think you do a decent job covering SIRI. I am a long holder of this stock and have purchased this stock at various price points over the last 5+ years (so you can imagine the price ranges I made my purchases!) I recently sold off very few of my shares I purchased at very high prices to help lower my tax burden for 2010. So I would like to ask where you see this stock price going by the end of 2011 and 2012?

  • Microsoft After Earnings: Still a Screaming Buy [View article]
For crying out loud!!! MSFT needs to acquire and expand in order to earn some type of stock appreciation! As long as their business model remains stagnant, so to will the price of this stock--no matter how well they beat earnings/sales!!!

  • Why I Am Finally Buying Sirius XM [View article]
I tend to agree with nino, but I have different reasons. I think SIRI is firing on all cylinders right now and is worth every bit of 3.15/sh. However I am not a buyer at this price--and I'm not a seller either. I see more value in the company. What I am waiting for is an overall market pullback which I believe is coming sometime this year. Then I'm a buyer again!

  • Why Peabody Energy Is Highly Undervalued [View article]
I have to assume you are expecting BTU to fall even more by May? Honestly, I'm more concerned with Obama policies and his lack of support for coal having a long term effect on this stock. I think this stock has a ton of potential but very little political support for this industry.

  • Sirius XM Does Not Need To Raise Prices [View article]
Honestly, I'm a SIRI investor too and it is basically my only holding at the moment as well. No, I am not "all in" with SIRI. My primary holding is cash at the moment because I do not trust the market at this time.

I honestly think SS may have a valid point raising prices. Think about it--if demand continues to rise for SIRI, why not raise prices a bit and generate more income? From an economics standpoint, this is basic economics. Higher demand should command higher prices! Stephen, I love reading your articles and I love your passion, but this time I will have to side with SS's points about potentially raising prices.

  • Nvidia: The No-Nonsense Explanation For The Sell-Off [View article]
I have done my due diligence on this company for quite some time and I still am not ready to pull the trigger. Two reasons why: The first one is the tremendous amount of competition in technology. I would definitely invest in NVDA if this were my ONLY reason. However reason #2 is what keeps me on the sidelines: Weakness in the overall market! With the "fiscal cliff" looming, Obama's re-election, and the uncertainty of what lies ahead and the effects of what lies ahead, why would I invest at this time? I sense a storm is coming, and I want to be there ready to buy!

  • Sirius XM Is Too Old School To Buy Pandora, But Apple Isn't [View article]
Well I cannot see SIRI acquiring Pandora because of all the grief they took from our govt from the merger between Sirius and XM. Same thing would happen again, with less long term damaging results.
