The Deal's Getting Done, But Will It Work?

This author apparently has not worked in the REAL WORLD Banking Buisness, evidenced by his recommendations of starting up New Banks w/ the 700 million. It would take entirely too much time, but a stab at the problem nonethelss. He fails to understand that the BIGGEST TASK is a RAPID RESPONSE to the Credit Crisis,analogized: causing limbs to be lopped off in the field to save the body; it could be viewed as a crude & immediate response that is being prepared by Washington,but ENTIRELY APPROPRIATE TO SAVE THE BODY!! Hey, such immediate responses worked in the Civil War, I just can't qoute you the actual survival rates.
