    Hanshaw,

    Very valid points to consider!

GM's Volt is supposedly available in 2016. It, along with Growing EV options offer the single most ominus threat to OPEC. Likely their number one reason to prioritize volume sales versus seeking higher per barrel pricing. NG is the single best fossil fuel for the Electric Generators. EV battery development is no threat to NG. Sempra must have a similar view? Coal barging on the Mississippi River and Florida waterways definitely declining. Coal by rail declining is further evidence of NG fueled Electric Generation growing.

Chicago and Illinois tremendous Under Funded State Retirements. Who is going to clean that mess up. Who's hometown is Chicago?

Greece and Chicago/Illinois have too much in common regarding wasting someone else's money and expecting more!

    Rick,

Wrong on all accounts, save and except Putin-Boogey Man.

GM's Unions were Bailed out by the U.S. Government and your Mr. Obama is at least an integral part thereof. The Obama led government turned their back on domestic coal, so we know back turning is an option to his Home State/Town.

Socialist Government Intervention will bail out/scratch the backs of those other failed socialist municipalities as long as YOU PAY your tax on Income and Profit.

Greece isn't much different than our Public Funding of Education. Funding rises YoY and we get ever reducing outcomes. What a deal for Greece and Public Education as long as YOU will PAY/PLAY along.

    Jeopardy,

Having too many obligations with counterparties may provide adequate conflict to draw legal scrutiny. I would be very concerned as a Royalty, possibly Non-Operating Working Interest, Owners with an Operator liquidating my Reserve over a Midstream Investment. These Conflicts of Interest are strewn with litigation.

Does the Operator make more money feeding their Midstream Interest? If so, are those Motivating Profits Shared with the Royalty and Non-Operating Working Interest Owners?

"Put a knife to your throat if you are given to gluttony. "
    - Proverbs 23:2

Overindulgence is considered a deadly sin.

Time to diet in the gluttonous upstream, returning the knife to the scabbard!
