  • ETF Deathwatch For July 2013: Downtrend Continues [View article]
    Ron,

Thanks again for sharing your information and observations.

If I were in a delisted ET... would I receive the final share price per share held? What happens to me?

  • Protected Principal Retirement Strategy: You Miss A Lot When You Take A Week Off [View article]
They hired the Right Team the second time. They can act, so the first sign of good, possibly. Won't really know until results are seen from their Eagleford Start Up. Pendy, it is ALL a GAMBLE while Ben holds the Dice at Wall Street's Crap Table. Come on SXE!!!

As far as the remaining MLP's, pick your Ponzi!

Invest only what you can lose, otherwise buy real Property oil & Gas Royalties at the next Auction. Land is also available. Don't find more Land being made.

    Ralphy,

You found SXE out of so many Midstreamers. I have been accumulating this one due to such a beat down on missing deadlines and project over spending. Looks like they have the right team in place for their Eagleford Assets. The Eagleford Assets are expected to be their gem versus Mississippi and Alabama.

My bet is on SXE for an upside surprise.

    Pendy,

You hit on the issue, INCOMPETENCE. How does one know if the books are cooked? Bernie and Enron experienced the immunity from culpability far too long. Are the MLP's enjoying that space now?

  • These 3 Developments Weigh Heavily On The Future Of Alaska's Oil And Gas Industry [View article]
    Alaska Oil,

State tax is NOT the issue in Alaska for the Producers. Your Windy Comment serves what purpose?

VD addresses the point, POTENTIAL in ALASKA and who the players are.

Miller or any Producer that can find a Shale Oil Play like we have in the Lower 48 will raise attention to Alaska's Oil Potential. With out that NEW Shale Oil Play, Alaska is akin to California, but on the opposite end of the spectrum.

BP had/has the greatest Oil Play ever on the North Slope but what about the TCF's of stranded gas? Oops, another Production Issue keeping exploration at bay, no pun.

Get the Producer a cost efficient way to Pipe their Product to the consumer and Alaska will boom, then they can find a tax for attach to the enterprise.

Come on Miller, make that Discovery in those Sidetracks!!

    Future,

If you ran a Company and knew more about controlling costs, Lowering Costs, it is easy to justify two trips to the watering hole to chit/chat while refueling with Nat Gas.

    VD,

Nobody cares about Alaska or Tennessee reserves, until you turned that rock over. Miller's preferred is yielding over 12%, MILL-C.

Something good happens when you go out on the Hunt!!

    Five Plus,

Your new pic is becoming dear! It has been a pleasure to follow your comments and Articles.

Recall you and I experiencing Gastar's Preferred A shares falling in a similar hysteria. GST-A is now trading near par at $24.63 up from $13.76 back in November. It paid to hold and add on the hysteria!

I share Mr. Tweed's concern regarding the structure of all MLP's. I believe the MLP's will be a fertile area attracting SEC/Federal scrutiny. The Ponzi-Like Allegation may or may not gain traction? There will be Plenty of money expended on Attorneys and CPAs going forward.

Point Source environmental issues point to Nat Gas for the preferred Electric Generation Fuel. Tesla has opened Pandora's box to the Real Alternate Fuel use, ELECTRICITY!!! Biofuels are dead now and our tax dollars should be diverted to driving the Plug In's.

Forget about talking /texting capabilities, it is the Electric Car development that is the Next Big thing. Tesla proved that, not GM or Ford. Tesla have the breakthrough connectivity you wire about?
