  • Will The Allure Of Dividend Growth Continue? [View article]

Kinder's KMR has proven a great way to avoid Federal Taxation as long as you don't sell. The ALL Stock Distribution doesn't report on the annual 1099Div, again, as long as you don't sell. Years of accumulation have proven worthy, due mainly to Richard Kinder's Management Team. So much Future Growth for Pipelines into Mexico and eventually extending south, below Mexico. Kinder is already ramping up IN Mexico. The Horizontal Drilling Technology will exploit reserve frontiers adjoin our United States.

You know I follow you SA and I have learned from You. Are you invested in any of the Oil and Gas Royalty paying stocks? They too have a reduced Federal Tax.

  • El Paso Remains A Must Sell [View article]
Assuming the success of the Mark West Joint Venture/Utica project, EPB is positioned for appreciable increases in DCF through the next 8 quarters or more. Combine that with increased demand in the north east through this hard winter and you should see EPB perform.

Don’t be surprised in the coming years if KMP and EPB buy out their GP interest similar to EPD.

    Accumulating EPB, KMR & KMP.

  • Should You Turn To Low-Volatility ETFs During Market Uncertainty? Part 1 [View article]
    Investment Chief,

Withdraw all Your Dollars from the Banks and Trading Accounts to stuff your mattress.

Is the above actually a lower risk reality to reduce losses when the US Stock Market takes another 2008/2009 sell off?

Buying Opportunity if weak shareholders bale on Slotoroff Suit.

Did Short Sale activity in Kinder increase just before Slotoroff filed suit?

Kinder anything will benefit from the United States recognizing their approaching Energy Independence. Mexico Reserve Frontiers are open to the Horizontal Drill Bit and Richard Kinder is already there.

I am buying KMR dips for the long haul and tax avoidance!!!

  • America First Multifamily Investors: 3 Different Insiders Have Purchased Shares This Month [View article]
I questioned ATAX this week on the percentage their distribution would be Tax Free from Federal Taxation.

    Here is their response:

"It can vary year to year somewhat but around 90% of distribution is believed to
    be federally tax exempt."

  • Against The Herd: Lower Rates Rather Than Higher Rates In 2014 [View article]

What is the exposure to Puerto Rico in HYD? My Tax Preparer is pushing further Investment in Muni's after the 2013 cursory review of Gains/Profit.

Do you have guidance on Taxable Avoidance for 2014?

    Mr. St. John,

Thanks for your reply. Anything Kinder for the pipelines. They estimate to be exporting about a BCF/day to Mexico by year end. I prefer KMR for the Tax Avoidance on the Dividend being paid in stock. Speaking from my Taxable Accounts.

  • Avoid Argentina Stocks This Year [View article]
TGS is the largest Transporter of Natural Gas in Argentina and now Peru by recent system expansion by acquisition. The Natural Gas Reserves in parts of Argentina are abundant and vast. It would not surprise me to see Richard Kinder interested in this System if adequate governmental obstacles were removed. LNG opportunities exist as well. Lot of Future Upside in these relatively Undeveloped Reservoirs.

Ever rode bare back, equine or bovine? You must HANG ON or get bucked off and stomped. We don't make the rules, we must play by them and be careful WHO you vote for!!

Buy Ruger 99/44 rifles, Gold/Silver Eagles, Land (in some rate of production) and all the Insured Muni Bonds with ratings of A and above. The Socialist's surviving on confiscation through Taxation will despise you?

  • Marcellus Shale Sees Large Increase In Legacy Production Decline [View article]
    Hey guys,

ZB does make a good point on natural gas Depletion, as a Non-Renewable Resource from Shale.

Going to a side note, leaving the Shale and back to Conventional Reservoirs: Looks like Domestic Producers are applying Horizontal Drilling Techniques to the Conventional Reservoirs (Non Shale) that actually have Porosity. These Horizontal Penetrations are into Reservoirs thought to be in advanced stages of Depletion. I expect renewed Drilling in Conventional Fields if the Mechanical Aspects of penetrating Depleted Porosity are found to be economically achievable. Waiting on results from Anadarko Horizontal Penetrations in the Cotton Valley and Travis Peak in NE Texas. These can easily be viewed as Reservoir Penetrations in various stages of Depletion. Now show me the Legs?

  • Tuscany International Drilling: The Most Undervalued Company In The Oil Services Sector? [View article]

YIKES!! The mention of a Planned Bankruptcy has me taking my loss.

"Tuscany has been engaged in discussions with its Senior Lenders regarding a restructuring of the loans outstanding under the Credit Agreement. Tuscany believes that a significant majority of its Senior Lenders support this restructuring, which would include a Chapter 11 or 15 filing in a U.S. court under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and relief under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA") accompanied by the extension of new funds from certain of the Senior Lenders pursuant to a new debtor-in-possession credit facility (the "DIP Facility")."

  • Is Union Pacific The Best Public Rail Company To Own For 2014 And Beyond? [View article]
    Mr. Sands,

    A thorough article, enjoyed it!

Two items I seek your comments:
    1) Did the dip in KSU present a buying opportunity?
    2) Does the move by the Mexican Government Opening their Onshore/Offshore Frontiers to our Horizontal Drilling Technology provide any Rail Way Upside?
