  • Petronas offers aboriginal group more than C$1B to back B.C. LNG project  [View news story]
LNG projects are being commissioned at an increasing rate where natural gas is truly stranded, like XOM's New Guinea reserve. Qatar and Australia stranded reserves destined for LNG make Canadian nat gas reserves unworthy of further LNG investment.

Investment in the LNG market have prices falling from increasing competition.

A sucker is born every minute the old saying goes if an investor believes the LNG business will render a profit, let alone return the principle.

  • FP: Keystone or not, Canada‚Äôs heavy oil will find its way to the Texas coast  [View news story]
    Hell with Keystone!

So many pipeline companies are planning substantial capx projects that will eventually surpass the original Canadian Crude import projections via Keystone. Growing Demand for Canadian Heavy Crude within the United States Refining Complex is a constant.

My bet is on Enbridge, who is looping an existing pipeline already importing Canadian Crude to Midwest Refiners.

Obama is learning his Big Regulatory Government can and will be bypassed to find meritorious accomplishment.

  • Some Marcellus nat gas producers to curtail output, Williams CEO says  [View news story]

    Midstream Upside does exist:

Rich Kinder said in the last week or so he sees $100 billion in upside meeting increased demand from Petrochemical inlet feeds. The inference was the locale of these Petrochemical Plants being predominantly on the coastal areas of the GOM. NY is, for the most part, unimportant in the future build outs to meet the Petrochemical expansion. Marcellus/Utica production/molecules must travel further than wellhead molecules produced in the GOM and close in Plays to the GOM. NGLs represent a predominant feed stock for the Petrochemical complex. The Midstream, specifically the NGL plants/NGL pipelines, offer considerable upside. Buildouts in the Marcellus/Utica offer some upside for tariff based revenue. Upstream Wellhead molecules being so far from the GOM market limits the wellhead pricing upside. There is just too much wellhead gas looking for a market in the Marcellus/Utica Play.

There certainly appears to be a rotation out of Celgene at the same time a Market Correction starts. I will be looking for buying opportunities on this dip.

I hope Janet keeps watering the garden too!

  • Some Marcellus nat gas producers to curtail output, Williams CEO says  [View news story]
Adding to WPZ on dips during this period of extreme nat gas abundance.

New York's reluctance to insure pipeline supply routes for nat gas is evidence we are all to remain subservient to those considering themselves above all others. I know when the Saints play New York in NOLA the local folks in the Quarter despise them. They indicate the NY fans complain abundantly, degrade the locals and are chinchy tippers if they tip at all.

  • Kinder Morgan Is Primed For Acquisitions In 2016  [View article]

Acquisition targets/opportunities are numerous. The latest is BP's announcement on divesting their midstream partnership interests with EPD, ETAL. The NGL Feed to domestic petrochemical plants offers $100 billion upside to the Midstream Space per Rich Kinder last week. This indicates to me Mr. Kinder is prioritizing the development and acquisition of NGL capacity. Nothing but Upside ahead for growing KMI!
