    Once again more than half of the "Beats." are on negative numbers. The cash for houses program going into it's extension period will include folks upgrading. Does that mean they will be even more under water after the next RE correction leg down? But hey there are green shoots every where look at em look at em look at em!

    Thank you Rachel. I wonder if terrible Tim the tax cheat had any money in UBS? If he did would Holder build a case against him? Nah, he could have done that without UBS. I wonder if the trial lawyers realize that once Uncle Sugar takes over health care it will exempt itself from malpractice actions?

    Now what? Credit card underwriters will stop lending to people with higher risk IE... lower income folks. Then we will have these clowns complaining about discriminitory credit policies. Go figure. Now let me get this straight: Mortgage apps were up over 2% but 73% of those were refies. New housing starts were the lowest ever but builder's confidence was up? My head is spinning about as much as the information I'm looking at.
