    I wouldn't play liers poker with Obama or Rhambo. They are just too good. There seems to be alot more political BS creeping onto the boards of late. As well as a thumbs down to any comment group. How sad.

    The hurrier I go the behinder I get. This prolonging the agony system is going to end up hurting every one long term. Let these forclosures and short sales happen. Clear the market so a defined base can be achieved and only then can the rest of the mess get cleaned up. Keep in mind that these "Distressed loans" are on someones books some where as "Toxic assets.".

    Thanks for the great tools and philisophical insights. Personally I employ a dual strategie buying some dividend paying stocks as core assets and holding them long term. I also do research on stocks with an eye to holding them for at least one year and selling them as they reach terget prices and then start to pull back. Using this strategy has returned 14% over the last three years since I bagan seriously investing. Great article.
