    J.R. says that the insurance industry doesn't want us to know what they are up too. This while making back door deals to screw all of us behind closed doors. Quick get this bill passed before some one figures out what's in it.

    O'l Hank ticked off Da Boyz when they couldn't claw back the cash he took out when he sold his shares. Now the SEC will try to do it for them. Must be nice having federal agencies as your enforcers. Once the so called "Bad bank." is in place that will be all of the reform needed, Barny and Chris will see to that. On the up side my position in Bof A (BAC) will be back in the black if it goes up $2 more. I backed in by buying up alot of Country Wide and will break even @ $17.80. Good luck all and be carefull when running with the bulls.

    Retail sales are down but spending is up. Why? Energy costs are rising meaning that consumers are forced to spend more on it. Should the trend up in energy costs continue coupled with the just raised minnimum wage inflationary pressure can't be far off. Even with mortgage interest rates at very low (perhaps artificial) levels and all the "experts" saying that there is no inflationary pressure I'm keeping an eye on it.
