Weekly Street Sentiment: Not Much Change in the Markets [View article]
Sentiment for Apple is so sensitive you never know what news is gonna move it. Apple's sentiment trend just last week was extremely bearish (www.predictwallstreet....) upon the Job's sick news and then shot up to become extremely bullish. In an economy that is supremely emotion driven, Apple is at the helm of this sensitivity and keeping an eye on these fluctuations right now is key.
Surprisingly sentiment for the NASDAQ appears to be bullish (www.predictwallstreet..../) but is bearish for the SP500 and DJIA according to this sentiment meter. I remain overall bearish but there are a few companies like Apple that I believe can still pull it out despite these market conditions.
Haha, Apple perma-bulls. It does seem that despite all other indicators the majority of people remain bullish on Apple no matter what. Checking sentiment here (www.predictwallstreet....) though it actually looks that sentiment is extremely bearish even though sentiment for the rest of the market is slightly more optimistic today, although not much.
Should Apple Investors Feel Good About Yesterday's Rally? [View article]
Given the rally's we see, I dont know, every single week, I hardly doubt anyone is getting too excited over 12.5% gains. Of course it's great news, but most (I would hope ALL) investors realize these are short-lasting in our given economy. Every other day it's Wall Street is up, Wall Street is down. The swinging comes at no surprise anymore. Irregardless, Apple has shown its relatively recession proof. Checking one month sentiment (predictwallstreet.com/...) I can see that its fluctuations into bear territory have been somewhat temporary and it is recently becoming more bullish. I think the overall market is def bogging it down, but Apple is still faring relatively well, all things considered.
