sure with unemployment on the rise who wants to take a chance in financing these houses. good people on the job for close to 40 years are being laid off.they have a good credit history but their future is very questionable.the wrong houses are being built.build a modest 1,400 sf house on a 1/4 acre,offer a reasonable 40 yr mortgage, include a preventive clause so no heloc can be issued.teach the dumb sheeples that their home is not an atm but the roof over their head.the local banks can make a nice living & so can the builders.

no bailout for chrysler.contact your congress person( if you know who he is, as the sheeples arent too smart these days) & let them know you are against it. also drive less & less if you can manage it. drive opec out of business. i know its hard but every effort helps.

the pres is busy making out his pardon list.this guy will go down as one of the worst in history & sadly i dont think he cares.now that we have gotten into socialism for the rich under a 8 year administration of so called republicans the whole world must be laughing except for their greed that lets them hold all the worthless phony AAA rated paper.i think the countries involved with us now know better than to rely on us.sadly,i think we will keep sliding down as we hardly produce much thats useable.
