  • Michael Kors Now A Value Stock With 20%+ EPS Growth [View article]
The story outside the U.S. is still one of very high growth. Inside the U.S., it's a different story with "only" low double digit comp growth. The e-commerce story will also help.

  • 4 Reasons Michael Kors Investors Should Overlook Credit Suisse's Downgrade [View article]
Agreed. The stock sold off heavily due to margin concerns, but barely gained when it turned out those concerns weren't fully justified. Then, another analyst says the same thing and it tanks.

  • Report: Yahoo considered acquiring Scripps Networks (updated) [View news story]
If I see another article like this, I'm selling. Hopefully only a few mid level Yahoos were really considering buying the whole bloody company and not MM or the Board.

Nice article. Very descriptive. Pera is clearly a very good CEO. The one area that he might improve is with the company's financial management. Hopefully, he is indeed buying back shares.

  • Analysis: Apple Christmas Sales [View article]
Those are very good numbers. I guess I'm a microcosm of Apple's success after buying 3 iPhone 6s, one Beats headset, a Mac Mini, and some Apple gift cards for Christmas.

Fortunately, I sold Yandex at what I thought was too low -- $30/sh. When do you think Russia will bottom?

  • Google shutting down Russian office [View news story]
Because of Dodd-Frank, my brother's company borrows all of their money from the Bank of China. The business he is in is very reliable with U.S. banks making money in that area every quarter for the past 10 years, including the recession. Now, they borrow the money from China thanks to Dodd-Frank. But as soon as those "free enteprisers" try to get rid of this costly regulation and help the U.S., the Left jumps on them as saying how they just want to help the banks and the rich.

  • I'm Increasing Apple To 30% Of My 2015 Portfolio [View article]
Glad you mentioned iAd. I think that has more potential than many give it credit. I believe Apple Pay will also be great, but not a huge revenue driver nor even a big one short term. Beats and a larger iPad will also help.

I think the drop is due to technicals and China, not anything fundamental.

  • Why Qihoo 360 Shares Are Worth Far More Than $76 [View article]
Good article. It's nice that you covered some of the perceived negatives as well as the positives. I may buy more shares. QIHU certainly has a lot going for it.

  • Qihoo 360 Won't Stay This Cheap Much Longer [View article]
Good article. I would also be interested in how their security business was doing. I think that market is growing quickly and underestimated.

  • Facebook Is Undervalued Based On The Company's Growth Outlook [View article]
For user growth, I'd separate countries such as the U.S. from countries where it makes substantially less money per user.
