Does it really take that long to get a GMail message? Forgive my stupidity here. I use it on a Blackberry and from a laptop running Google Chrome at home, and the speed has never been a problem.

Can somebody explain the exact scenario where polling the email server every few minutes is not good enough?

Holy crap.. this would be tantamount to selling marijuana from vending machines. The boxes will fly off the shelves.

"Target demographics?" How about people.. you know those things that walk around and eat, crap and use computers and are sick of being left out of demographics? ;-)

I would have never expected to buy a wireless Cisco router in Walmart either.. but I did.. 5 years ago. There is nothing too high tech for Walmart shelves.

Agree with naysayers here..
There is a reason these Bull Spreads are so cheap to get into, low chance these stocks move up that high that fast in the dog days of summer.
I have tried your strategy so many times only to see the stock trade sideways or down. As a matter of fact, I am holding your Bull Call Spread idea for USO from MAY 12 (seekingalpha.com/artic...)
and losing money on it.

Just saying.. this is a high risk strategy. My covered calls in WFC, BAC, and F are bringing me better sleep at night.

Is Sirius XM Headed the Way of Old Radio?

I know this thread is so long now, I may get no readers. But it helps me to vent that THERE IS ADVERTISING on the XM. All morning, I am trying to get the financials from CNBC, and commercials play. On Bloomberg channel, what do you get? Damn commercials about Bloomberg channel. Hey idiots! I am already a paying listener, you don't need to advertise yourself on your own channel!

Also, I would like to complain about what happened to the ESPN channel. I used to get 'Around the Horn' and PTI on my way home from work, and now they are gone. Hanks Place turned into WIllies Place and now that sucks.

All this makes me want to move closer to work, just to stay off the road.
The only saving grace, maybe, is hearing Public Enemy on that sunny Sunday afternoon that I just can't stand another freakin' minute of the
stupid-burbs where I live.

Conclusion : The service is not worth the fees, and does not live up to the mammoth effort spent to provide it.

I also wanted into AAPL, and sold the 170 Calls to get the 165 Calls cheaper (and as a hedging play). Of course, now I am getting slaughtered like a Pig (albeit a small pig). Is there any hope left for AAPL before the August expiration? The media is not helping talking about cracked devices.

I applaud Phil for finding a stock so cheap with such a high out-of-the-money Call that it makes this trade (WM) work.
Awesome! I would love to be able to repeat this strategy, but many of my favorite cheap stocks have such a cheap near term Call price, the covered call trade is not worth it.
Guess you have to pay the fee to get more of this pin action?
