So you're actually saying that there is a chance and it's smart to buy right now? I don't want to sell right now... The value of my 12,000 stocks is only a little more than $700.00 right now.

The way I see it... a lot of people panic when they see SIRI at 57 cents but if you invest right and don't buy risky stocks with your last dollar, you could see a massive reward in the future.
It's like a gambler going to the casino. I HATE when I see a guy at the 3-card poker table sweating because he just blew all of his money and he's down to the last 50 bucks. Don't gamble if you know you could come home broke. I think SIRI is a much better gamble and I'm "sirius" when I said I'm selling my other stocks and buying all SIRI. Am I stupid? NO, because I can afford to do it and I will ride out this low tide for now... someday I'll have a nice story to tell my grandkids.

In the beginning I bought a few hundred shares at over $3. Now with all of the buys I've made, my average price is about $1.80 a share. I sold all my other stocks today and I'm buying all Siri tomorrow. I think by this time next year, all of us who went through this will be some very happy campers.

I'm lost... like I said, I don't know much so when you say "you should have bought puts to hedge" I have no idea what that means.

cost1000, I do invest in other stocks and have done good in some, but Sirius was one that I thought would be a sure thing. Now that it's so low I didn't think it would be smart to sell. The tax deduction will not help at all. Even if it takes years I would rather ride it... but, I'm wondering if this stock has a deeper dive coming and should I buy more right now in the hope that even a couple years from now I will be glad I did.

This might be a dumb question, but I'm not all that knowledgeable about stocks. I own about 6,000 shares. My average price paid for all of the stocks is $2.46. I plan on riding this out with the hope that it will go back up because this money is not needed right now.
Question... should I buy more now? The stock is at 88 cents a share. Does anyone have a prediction where the low is and if I should purchase more?
