  • Countrywide found guilty in U.S. mortgage suit [View news story]
Countrywide cleaned up and not content with buying it for cents on the tens of millions B A then harrassed its new sucker homeowners by lying cheating and stealing the bank will get its just rewards after all bankofamerica sucks big time.l

As for countrywide the ceo then went on to sucker his old clients into offering them fire sale buy ups.

No doubt he is still living large as all republican con men always have done.

My heart goes out to those uneducated un aware customers who believed what all the lenders told them.

but lets not forget BofA who foreclosed on homes they didnt own and the robo signings that created absolute misery for millions of america workers.

If I were the judge I would fine BofA ten years turnover or close this miserable example of Financial predatore lenders. Same with J P Morgan they all cheated their customers not out of the odd thousand but hundrerds of thousands.

Take away a man's home unjustly & you create a financial terrorist.

  • The Scariest Thing I've Ever Read About A Bank [View article]
I kept on advising to keep away from JPM I hope those that saw the warnings going back 10 months took note and hedged their investments with 3 month strangles and made up any shortfall in income by doing that wonderful 3 month straddle on LNG OOM 2.5 max and 200 max interest Last month it earned me a tiny 28% this month I am up 165%

But if you have money in deposits investments etc GET OUT I did over a year ago. If you work for them then get a real job.

Only maintain enough cash in any bank to cover your usual outgoings.

Take every ZERO % offer from credit cards you can and buy New Zealand or Australian Dollars they constantly export to China and they are FLYING.

As soon as the US $ drops you can buy them at bargain basement prices.

Pay off your loans then. Its a mad mad mad mad world and there are no tripple palm trees to save you.

  • Cheniere Energy Partners (CQP +12.2%) shoots higher, apparently thanks to a plug from Jim Cramer, who sees the MLP as the preferred way to play the Sabine Pass liquefied natural gas terminal, believing CQP should be less risky than growth-oriented parent Cheniere Energy (LNG +4.1%). Cramer also likes Cabot Oil & Gas (COG +2%), which he says may have the most prolific acreage in the Marcellus shale. [View news story]
Just 2 contracts strangles to August at less than 2.50 and lower than 250 interest. Yesterdays 45% drop is usual after such good profits but I was out by then I recon that my monthly 30% was due for a correction so I sold them both. Entering a new set this month though. Last year I made similar but I guess most made huge 100% gains on good stocks I just hate investing in the stocks preferring derivatives Less chance of losses through scurulous broker manipulations.

  • Mark Carney is set to take the reins at the Bank of England tomorrow, three days before he's due to cast his first vote on monetary policy. Carney's arrival, which was secured with a hefty salary, is accompanied by much hype, to the point that he may already be set up to disappoint, especially as he has to deal with stuttering growth and a banking system sill in need of repair. [View news story]
Mark Carney has a tough week ahead of him his salary doesnt kick in until August 1st. Can he survive the fools in the British treasury making blunder after error.

London now filling up with shed bedrooms as housing shortgage made far worse by Chancellor Osborne providing interest free 20% house purchase deposits sending values 20% higher in a week.

Remember 1971/2 house prices DOUBLED in 4 months as Thatcher sold off the local authorities housing stock at 75% discounts.

Thus the shortages are providing huge buy to let property profits for robber landlords. Seeking to re buy their properties offshore to legally evade property taxes and inheritance and capital gains taxes first realised by Thatcher's first law on becoming Prime Minister her infamous offshore tax havens.

Will Mark Carney have the bottle to take on Conservatisms Spending bonanza or will he fall into line like the rest of the European Muppets.

    We will mwait and watch..

  • Jamie Dimon is threatening to leave JPMorgan (JPM) if stripped of the Chairman role, sources say. [View news story]
I agree with the meglomaniac comments. If you are in the camp of just making money regardless of the personal and country damage this company has done for years then thats OK.

But I dont follow that evil ethic.

After all pornography and prostitution makes a lot of people wealthy but who wants to be part of that same with drugs filthy businesses should be shunned to let the good ethical honest businesses flourish

My main horror is the fact that JPM use their own clients money to bet against their own clients and this was amazingly found to be LEGAL>\! Oh give us a break from bad business practice and put JPM out of business and start at the TOP!

  • Bank of America (BAC) has won federal judge's approval for a $2.43B settlement with investors who said the lender hid crucial information when it bought Merrill Lynch in a $50B all-stock deal in September 2008. The settlement, which is among the largest stemming from the global financial crisis, culminated from what the judge referred to as "extraordinarily hard-fought litigation." [View news story]
If and its a big IF you are dumb enough to own a share or two Wait for world reaction

Yet again a major bank is found GUILTY AS CHARGED but pays bribes to get on with screwing the punters.

No one is fired and investors are now accessories to fraud on the GRAND SCALE.

You have to admire the US Justice NONE SYSTEM.

    UN Bloody believable!

You will see on every currency note A promise to pay Each note is in fact a bill of exchange seeded with the full legal authority of the government It is not an investment anymore than your car loan or mortgage is it is a liquid asset payable ON DEMAND.

When the Cypriot people wake up to having been victims of the biggest bank heist in history the chips will fall where they were intended to fall this is a monetary WAR and I being an ex banker well out of it before 1984 for one am out of it so should all who value their life savings NOT GOLD NOT SILVER just easily traded CASH after all CASH IS KING even checks can be cancelled by banks and governments as we are watching in Cyprus.

The cypriot people like you or I have been totally betrayed whose to say that we wont be next? No one .
