How Vietnam is Coping with Hyper-Inflation

I totally disagree with this paper, please post the correct information, do not tell a lie. Why you post the faked figure on Vietnamese Stock exchange like this, it has been over 450 point since July, the total registered FDI is over 45 billions for the first 7 months, 4 times more than the whole 2007? Have you been there? I do not understand why people always exaggerate the true, they can write a paper by just reading some articles from the Internet. Oh my god, I think the author has big brain problem or he is so stupid
