China seeks to acquire assets and technology from outside its boundaries and not allow for others to acquire or maintain "real" assets inside their boundaries. They have a simple expansionist ideology at work and it has already backfired. Many countries have learned to avoid selling assets, technology and resources to those expansionist motives and China is just one them and it can not scape that mold till it really changes and that is not near future.
