This is a stunningly poor analysis. Lost in the "six out of seven families must still go on vacation" figure is the fact that most travel is business travel. And why must one "expect" that the stock will decline further from here? Why may we not expect that the expected decline in revenue and earnings is the very reason the stock has already declined?

A lot of snarky political commentary here, but not many facts. Is it your view that because Bennigan's and Steak & Ale have long been fixtures on the casual dining scene, they will be casual fixtures forever?
Businesses come and go. Could it be that these chains failed because they are, in a word, ass. I remember the last time I was excited to walk into Bennigan's: It was 1994.
Yesterday Buffalo Wild Wings crushed expectations and watched earnings soar. Twenty years from now, it too may go out of business. That's just the way of things, given enough time.
You may be right, of course. The sky may be falling, and maybe $3.25 gas won't help, and maybe nothing can save our 300 million people in their overbuilt nation. But the collapse of the mighty Bennigan's empire is not evidence of that.
