Some Positives, But Problems Persist at eBay

I like eBay, but they risk tarnishing their brand by allowing ANY website to paste the PayPal logo on their home page. Just because various websites have PayPal as a pay option, it does not give them immediate credibility like I thought it would. I was recently ripped-off by a website using PayPal that deliberately rips off their customers, according to the Better Business Bureau website! Now I tend to stay away from websites that have PayPal, it doesn't mean anything since eBay doesn't research the reputations of websites that use PayPal.
