Burying the Hatchet: CBOE, CME and the Road Ahead

What is this guy talking about. Settlement has collapsed, there will be further court showdowns and the Delaware Court ruled that CME has an action for damages. CBOE coughed a billion dollars up because they are with the weakened position. With the markets going into a deep recession if not depression all of this conjecture is moot as CME had lost 60% of its value in the last year and CBOE memberships have lost as much as 1/3 within the last year. Hark another maven evermore.
