    - Mel will bring the company into GREEN within this year.
    - Economy and Auto Sales will be improving
    - iPhone application will improve retail sales
    - SIRI has blessings from Liberty

    I do not see any downside here.

    Personally, as far as the SP is above $1 to avoid delisting, I do not prefer r/s.
