The PS went to .63 on no news is incorrect.

That is why they bushed it up to .50 on Friday, and .62 on Monday early to SHORT it quickly in 2 hours to .40.

BUT, he got 40% of the company for nearly FREE

Read the the NASDAQ link below is the proof, why he did NOT go to the shareholders?

They have till MID april to ratify the deal or walk away. Is n't this enough time to get ShareHolders vote???

E-trade won't let me sell and buy back on same day. You have to wait 3 days to clear your trade, they claim it is SEC rule or otherwise they put your account on 90 days HOLD.

Also, they won't let you buy or sel limit more than 2 dicimal points, only at 0.16 but never 0.165

How are people able to sell and buy same day or following day

TWO years ago exactly, Mel announced on Presidents day the Mergeroposal and that it would save both companies 4.6 billions in synergies.

First week of last July Cramer was screaming why the SP is gowing down to $2.75... It should double to $5.... despite he was aware of all debt problems and dilutions.

Did not MEL say that "it would be bad to bail out the company with my money?" Where are the facts in his presentation to shareholders meeting in Dec 2008.

Ironic, TWO years exactly on Presidents day Feb 16, he announced the merger of both companies and taking on the massive debt of XM.

PALM went down end of November fro SP $6.50 to $1.20 and risk of bankrupcy. They get bailed with only $ 150 millions. Now trading SP $ 8.20

It sad that simple folks with foreclosures CAN NOT file bankrubcy and wipe out their debt.

But, F**** corporations can file chapter 11 in a New york second and wipe out shareholders and come clean with no debt.

Where is OBAMA's change and middle class protection, New SEC and treasury sec. I guess they are busy handing down our tax money to their Friends and ex-co workers in big banks and corporations.

I do NOT understand, why COURTS would allow them to wipe shareholders and start selling new shares to new investors, if the company continues bisness and does not liquidate???

Does any one realize that XM radio is on every flight of Continental Airlines, that siriusXM being played in every airport COACH bus in MA, that most GAS stations in MA and N H are playing XM radio while you'r pumping gas, that SHAWS and stop & Shop in MA playing sirius radio to customers.

If marketing would use these models and expand their base, it may help a little.

My question is: Does MEL do IQ check on his Marketing employees?

I hear every one is negatively worried about AUTO sales, if I heard MEL correctly, and if sales are down from expected 12 milions to even 9 millions -- BUT, penetration before was at 40-50% and now at 70-80 % plus more penetration in japanese and german cars -- are n't the absolute numbers of OEMs are higher?????

Indeed, Siri is down > 80% of premerger in July. Did any one take a look how many banks, stocks are also at 10-20% from July. RIMM is at 40 from 138.

By the way, I looked at all mutual funds performance of TIAA-CREF and MET-Life, all across the board down 40-55%, does n't matter what sector or diversification. Only Bonds and money markets are holding.

Can someone explain why the board members are not buying stock. Except for MEL, they own <100,000 each, most of it was stock options. Many were selling on weekly basis before merger.

Why should we vote for the board, if they do not believe in Sirius?
